Do not submit identifiable patient information in GitHub issues, edits or any other contribution channel. Do not reproduce identifiable clinical cases without appropriate authorization and safeguards. Removing a name alone may not prevent identification.
Experimental tools and regulatory boundaries
Future clinical calculators, assessment tools and educational software need feature-specific validation, limitations, source and licensing checks, and appropriate legal review before release. No clinical validation, professional accreditation, HIPAA certification, HIPAA compliance, FDA clearance or medical-device approval is asserted here. A disclaimer does not eliminate legal or professional responsibilities.
Report an inaccuracy
