Legal & Transparency
Terms of Use
Draft conditions for using this personal publication.
Use of the website
These proposed terms describe use of Simpyll as a personal portfolio and educational publication. They remain a draft pending owner and legal review; no acceptance or effective date is asserted.
Permitted use
Read, link to and discuss the site responsibly, subject to applicable law and any specific permissions. Do not disrupt availability, misuse contribution channels, submit malicious material or disclose confidential information. Healthcare material is general education, not individualized professional advice.
Content and software rights
Public visibility is not an unrestricted reuse license. Consult an explicit license for each repository or asset before reuse; absent one, do not assume permission beyond applicable law. Code, articles, images and third-party materials may have different rights. Licensing and attribution decisions remain open under issue #88; these terms do not select a license or override third-party rights.
Accuracy, availability and external services
Learning notes and experimental software can contain errors or become outdated. Independently check information before relying on it. Availability, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose are not promised. External services operate under their own terms. This draft does not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded; liability language requires qualified review.
Changes and contact
Substantive changes should update the review date and remain traceable in Git history. Public factual or technical corrections can use the page-specific GitHub link below. A private contact method remains pending. No governing-law, arbitration or indemnification provision has been selected.
Supporting information: GitHub privacy statement, accessibility audit, and data inventory and review decisions. Do not post private requests or vulnerabilities in public issues. A private security reporting channel has not yet been verified.
