About this website

Simpyll is a personal portfolio and educational publication. Public operator and private contact details are awaiting owner approval. This draft describes the inspected source configuration; production behavior and provider settings still require verification.

Hosting and connection information

GitHub Pages is configured to serve this website. Delivering pages involves connection information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. GitHub may process technical information under its own privacy statement. Provider log access, retention and deletion settings have not been independently verified; Simpyll does not promise a retention period for them.

Cookies and browser storage

The inspected application does not set cookies or include analytics trackers. It stores an explicit theme choice in localStorage under simpyll-theme, until changed or cleared through browser settings. Session storage under simpyll-scroll-v1 holds up to 100 navigation entries, including paths, queries, fragments and scroll positions, to restore reading position. Session storage normally lasts for the tab session; browser session restoration can extend it. These values are read in your browser and are not sent to an application backend by this code. Blocking storage leaves fallback behavior available.

Search and third parties

Search downloads a same-origin search-index.json and matches queries in the browser. No query submission endpoint was found. Fonts are bundled locally. Social buttons and the current Embed component are links, not third-party widgets. Following an external link sends you to a separate service with its own practices. Article media may use external image URLs; loading those images can disclose connection information to their hosts. Notion publishing and GitHub Actions run during publishing, not as visitor-facing APIs.

Messages, retention and choices

There is no on-site contact form, newsletter signup or comments system in the inspected implementation. Public GitHub reports disclose your account and submitted text to GitHub, maintainers and other readers. Repository history and public copies can persist after edits; no deletion timetable is promised. Do not post private requests, credentials or patient information. Clear site storage in your browser to remove local preferences and saved positions. GitHub controls requests concerning its own processing under its privacy statement.

Privacy requests and international visitors

Depending on your location and applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion or objection. This draft does not determine which laws apply or promise a universal rights procedure. A verified private request channel, identity-verification process and response procedure are pending owner approval. Public GitHub issues are not a suitable substitute for private rights requests. Third-party processing may occur outside your country; provider arrangements require review.

Children and future changes

The portfolio and professional education focus is not designed as a service for children; no child-specific submission feature was found. The intended audience needs owner confirmation. New forms, analytics, embeds, AI services or clinical tools require a fresh privacy and consent review before launch. No separate cookie banner or cookie policy has been added for the current source configuration; this is not a legal determination that consent is never required.

Policy updates

Changes will be reflected on this page and in its review date and source history. No email notification system exists. This draft has no effective date until approved.

Supporting information: GitHub privacy statement, accessibility audit, and data inventory and review decisions. Do not post private requests or vulnerabilities in public issues. A private security reporting channel has not yet been verified.
